48 days down / 7 days left

It all still seems so surreal as i begin to say goodbye to close friends and family. Why is it that the biggest things seem to take the longest to sink in?

Incase your wondering, 48 days ago a spot on the tour my sister is going on from London, UK to Athens, Greece became available, it has been booked solid for 6 months. The crazy part… In the last 48 days I have booked a tour through Europe, bought a one way plane ticket and had my UK working visa approved.

Talk about a full-on / surprising year!
